Custom Services

• Send us your design drawings (picture formats should be JPG, PDF or AI) or samples specifying: the matrials (porcelain, stoneware, ceramic, terracotta etc) you need, dimensions on your drawings, and colors by using pantone numbers or colors references.

• During the products development stage, our design department will keep you updated with pictures by emails to get you involved in each of our sampling processes, and will follow your comments to do the necessary improvement jobs until you feel satified.

• Samples will be sent to you by air express for your approval prior to our manufacturing. Once your order is placed, we'll set a schedule of production and shipment to revert to you.
